I haven't had a good experience so far. Good people, but I'm wasting my time.
I would change my mind if they would fix my problem. Yes, they have HUNTER equipment that really works. But I've had to go back to the service three times because of a simple mistake. My car has a 60.1mm hub size and the aftermarket rim I'm using is 64mm.
First, when they changed my tires, they broke all my plastic centering rings. I've had tires changed at several other places, but they only broke them here — why?
Then they changed my wheels, installed new centering rings (wrong size), balanced them, and adjusted them, for which I paid 41,600 HUF.
As I drove off, I had a strange feeling, but on the highway there was a huge vibration in the steering wheel and the whole car. Something was wrong. I called them to bring the car back. The next morning I brought it back at 8 am, the tires were balanced fine. I went out on the highway and the problem was always the same: extreme vibration at 120-130 km/h. I went back again in the afternoon.
I suspected that there was a problem with the centering rings, because on the first day they checked all the rings in stock because they couldn't find the right one...
They don't seem to understand the problem. THE MEASUREMENTS ARE EXACTLY 60.1 AND 64, so the inner and outer diameters must match. The manager said that the man who delivered the rings will arrive in two days, to come back then. I'm not Hungarian, so my language skills aren't very good, but he said something like: "If the car is a Dacia, why don't you use Dacia rings?" I just thought: "Sir, this is a tire service, you sell wheels and rims, and the centering rings are hanging on the wall for display, this should be a simple job."
The fact that I have aftermarket rims shouldn't be a problem for a good mechanic.
I have to go back a fourth time to see if they'll do it properly. Before I came here, with the winter tires on the same rims, with the old centering rings, my car was driving like it was flying, there was no vibration even at high speeds.
Of course, after that I completely lost my confidence. I couldn't wait for the "expert" because he probably wouldn't understand the problem either, or he would just tell me to go back for the 5th, 6th, or even 7th time... So I had to get the right part myself. I didn't even get an apology, and I had to ask for my money back for the incorrectly installed rings.
