Love this shop. Their windows are so creative, seasonal and colour themed. For the type of shop, this is really unique! I always stop when passing by to look at the display of products and objects, which are also very reasonably priced.

I usually manage to communicate with the cashier when I buy something here. But today I needed to change 3 little bulbs. because she had thrown the bigger ticket and did not want to accept my little card ticket, I could not change them for smaller. I understand, but do you have to treat someone badly because you do not understand what they are saying? I felt so badly treated by that woman I do not want to buy there anymore. Mind, your business is in Rakoczi ter, if you do not understand English, try to be patient and smile. Very sad to continue finding people that treat you this way in Hungary.
After seeing the answer to my review, I understand how the rudeness is supported, very rude answer. I never evaluated 30 years of experience. I clearly mentioned the cashier and mentioned when it happened. I have been living in the same block for 4 years. So it was a current evaluation. If getting stressed with communication makes her pick up the trash bin, put it in front of me and start taking tickets (humiliating me and shaming me because she did not understand me), and no one else in the store apologizing for her attitude and making her stop….. then I’m sorry but you are naturalizing a horrible attitude towards a foreigner. Btw, I saw more complaints about the same person. If you prefer to defend the rude attitude instead of using a bad review to improve, it’s not my fault. Hope other employees can teach this woman a bit of kindness.

Broke down on a road in the city and couldn’t for the life of me get the tire off. They came pretty quickly, service was great despite language issues. Best of all was the honesty! The service man charged me 10 kHUF too much and as soon as he figured it out, he made quite an effort to return the access to me!

Great place. You can buy everything for your household. For the garden, kitchen, bathroom etc...anything you need to repair or replace. You can even buy flower soil. All at good price

The staff is nice, everything was pleasant except that they did not have the valve extender i needed.
